The nicest front desk assistant Elizabeth!!!!

"We arrived to find we were assigned a room on the second of three floors. We immediately found our room to be Totally unacceptable. There was a boys high school group staying there who were So Noisy. Elizabeth at the front desk Rescued us by upgrading us to a suite. She knew we would never get any sleep on the second floor and without being asked we were upgraded to the third floor."
