There was terrible dampness and damage to the bathroom cupboards, all the cupboards in the room had not been cleaned which was v unpleasant and the aircon also had issues. "We had one small glitch. I reserved the room the night before and the lady manager didn't get the message that we were coming. Since she stayed in the property, we got in with her return.
