"My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. The owner of the hotel blamed us for not arriving earlier to make it a smooth experience . The hotel doesn’t have an actual address,...

Near to our hearts was Thalia our host who appeared to always be ready to assist us. We received red carpet treatment and felt like royalty.
