Let me start by talking about Debbie—she made our stay incredibly pleasant, safe, entertaining, and refreshing. We encountered some issues with our transport services, but Debbie stepped in, sorted everything out, and even offered us a complimentary ride. I reached out to Debbie to arrange a birthday and Valentine’s surprise, and let me tell you—she over delivered! She and her wonderful team, Lucia and Nariea, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. Debbie made it a priority to check in with us every single day. Chocolate Box Guesthouse was far better than we had imagined. From the complimentary breakfast with giant muffins to the free still and sparkling water, high-speed WiFi, laundry services, so many books to read, walk in closet, spacious shower & a slick tub, a beautiful swimming pool, and well-ventilated spaces, AC, the incredible view—it was truly an exceptional experience.
