The amazing host welcomed us generously and invited our children to visit the garden for organic Roma tomatoes, fresh basil, peppers and fennel. "Nous avons bien profité de la maison, des alentours. C’est une très belle région. Dommage que le spa ne fonctionnait pas, il manque un peu de vaisselle pour une si grande maison et un-deux parasols pour le bord de la piscine. Sinon c’était parfait. De bons montant de partage. La personne qui s’occupe de la maison est sympathique et serviable. Un immense merci."

"Das Objekt ist sehr zauberhaft, aber es steht am falschen Ort. Unterhalb verläuft die Hauptstraße und die Bahnlinie. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken; wir hatten das Gefühl der Verkehr fährt direkt durch die Schlafzimmer. Zudem war von der Besitzerin gewünscht, dass lediglich ein Frühstück zubereitet werden darf und kochen unerwünscht ist. Der Strand ist zu Fuß mit 150 Treppen zu erreichen. In Summe muss hier dringend die Objektbeschreibung korrigiert werden."

"This villa was everything and more than we could have hoped for! A fantastic first impression as you drive through the gates and up to the villa entrance. The beautiful garden full of flowers and herbs and the splendid pool with views of the hills beyond. The villa was so well equipped. Everything was there. We felt so at home. Very comfortable and grand interior and lovely bedrooms. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. we were so sorry to have to leave. Would love to return one day."

"It’s the best of Toscana - a lovely property with spectacular views and loads of charm. Lots of interesting things to do within driving distance. The property manager Claudio was super helpful, responsive and great humoured and he keeps the gardens looking just beautiful - every leaf in place yet natural and robust - at least in May. (The only very small drawback of the place for us is that the kitchen crockery, pots and pans etc, are tired - if you are planning to be cooking dinners at the...

We particularly appreciated how well-equipped the place is for practical matters (such as cooking) as well as for leisure and enjoyment (the games; the table tennis table and, above all, the lovely swimming pool). "It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. Vasile was also very nice and helpful."

"Ciao, la casa è pulitissima, immersa nel verde, molto comoda per andare alle spiagge più belle, la più vicina è a cinque minuti di macchina...ma anche per fare passeggiate nelle colline vicine. "Excellent position. A few minutes walk from the sea, in front of a big free parking and a play ground for children. Letizia and Carlo are very nice and available. The apartments are fresh, comfortable, modern and tastefully decorated. Cleaning is impeccable. The structure has various apartments of different dimensions, including a studio flat therefore it is suitable for families with children, couples, groups of friends and singles. Absolutely recommended."
