Welcome to the Tree Top Suite, your enchanting escape nestled in the greenbelt of Princeville, Kauai. This secluded rental offers a unique fusion of tropical tranquility and modern comfort. Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the space in natural light, giving views of the surrounding nature. Decor consisting of live plants further blurs the lines between indoor luxury and outdoor splendor. The Tree Top suite is in a great location with a beautiful ten-minute walk down to the shores of Hanalei Bay.

Despite its secluded setting, convenience is near. A short three-minute drive takes you to the Princeville Shopping Center or a ten-minute drive down to Hanalei town offering a variety of dining and shopping options. Your kitchenette includes a hot plate, air fryer/toaster oven, and all the necessary utensils needed to make a simple meal. There is a full fridge and freezer with ice treys. Three choices of coffee making. The bathroom has a roomy shower that feels like a gentle waterfall. There is no laundry on site but for longer stays a laundry service can be offered for an additional fee.

Such a unique, serene property! Well-stocked with everything we could need. Awesome shower. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchenette clean. Loved listening to the birds in the morning and the rain at night. We were worried about not having AC in June but were pleasantly surprised that the fan and open windows were enough to keep us comfortable. Convenient to Hanalei and Princeville and nearby beaches. Thanks so much!

The best rental we’ve ever stayed in

This was the perfect setup for a secluded north shore getaway near the Napali Coast. It was quiet, beautiful, and a seamless stay. The trail walk down to Hanalei Bay and the super quick jaunt to the Nourish Hanalei stand made this a special spot.

Great Stay!

My wife and I loved this place. It’s small, intimate and has everything we needed. It’s close to Hanalei and Princeville so it’s easy to get around. With the kitchen appliances, we were able to cook a couple of breakfasts and lunch so we didn’t have to eat out every meal. We would definitely stay here and recommend any other couples to stay here.

Stunning Oasis

We absolutely loved our stay. The architecture and layout were exceptional. Some Frank Lloyd Wright inspired details. Beautiful plants and artwork. Host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful place to stay

I was overall very happy to stay here. Inside, it feels like you are much more remote than you really are and walking out and down the street you'll find it's a truly wonderful location. The inside is quite nice as well and coming from a desert I loved the gushing shower. I would come back again without hesitation.

Easy and convenient

This property was located in a great, central location for our princeville stay. Easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, yet felt secluded and private. A little ac would've been nice, but we are from New england, so not as used to the warmer temperatures. Property was very clean and host was accommodating! Overall great stay

Amazing Stay in Princeville – A True Tropical Escape!

Our recent stay in Princeville was absolutely incredible. The rental was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts of home in a stunning, lush setting. It truly felt like we were staying in the middle of a tropical jungle, surrounded by the sounds of nature. The peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views made it hard to leave—we honestly wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a serene getaway in paradise. This spot is an absolute gem on the north shore of Kauai. We were really impressed with the space - the large windows, the open layout and wood counters, the large bathroom. It’s truly beautiful and relaxing. Kat & Mark were wonderful hosts, available if needed but offering tons of privacy. We honestly forgot at points that it was a shared property due to how quiet it was. I’m so happy that we decided to stay here vs. the usual resort accommodations - we would absolutely stay again should we return to the area in the future.

Serene, cozy retreat for a couple

This small cottage is as lovely as the photos indicate! It is secluded and in a beautiful neighborhood between Princeville and the Hanalei River. The biggest surprise was a fairly easy 15 minute walk down the road and trail to an almost private beach just across the river with a view of Hanalei Bay. We were delighted to discover "Tree Top" and explore the environs and hope to return next time we're in Kauai.
