Cooking for many is an easy task with a large, state-of-the-art kitchen. Plus, the custom monkey pod slab dining table graciously seats twelve. Fully air conditioned house, both upstairs bedrooms, downstairs bedrooms, living room and dining room to keep the entire home cool and comfortable for everyone! Enjoy the heated salt water pool with a cascading waterfall in a private and tropical outdoor setting! The estate comes fully stocked with all the beach gear needed so you can make the most of your island vacation.

Great spot for a group vacation!

We stayed here with a group of 8 and absolutely loved our accommodation! The house was so well equipped with everything we could think of - including beach gear, plenty of towels, and a great kitchen. The outdoor area was beautiful and relaxing and we were within walking distance of a gorgeous golf course and Hideaway beach. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Property!

This home was such a wonderful fit for our 3 generations of family! The pool was great for kids and relaxing and the proximity to hiking and natural sites was top notch. 100% would stay here again!

Week in paradise

We had an amazing time at this property! The home was exactly as described and even more beautiful in person. The location was perfect for our family vacation, with easy access to nearby attractions and stunning views. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a seamless check-in. We especially loved the outdoor patio and the pool. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing experience with Kauai Prime Realty and the Honu Hale Sunrise home. The home is tremendous! We stayed with 10 adults and one toddler and had plenty of room. The dining area is great for meals and games, the pool and spa are wonderful, the rooms spacious and the beds comfy. The home comes with everything you need for a trip to the north shore of Kauai...umbrellas, chairs, coolers, games, two washing machines and dryers, and plenty of beach towel. Jason was an incredible host. Responsive, even over the holidays. I can't say enough about our visit and experience. I highly recommend this property and company for a family get away to the Islands!

Perfect house for perfect Kauai vacay!

This house is well equipped and has plenty of space for large groups. Especially loved all the cooking utensils, beach equipment, and of course, the pool!!!

Gorgeous property, perfect getaway

This property will not disappoint! We can't wait to book again. Plenty of room, full of amenities and close to all things tropical like beaches, hiking and breathtaking views. House was incredibly clean, fully stocked and the pool/hot tub are to die for! A great retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Not one single negative comment here, its was pure PARADISE!

The house was absolutely beautiful and the whole process was incredible. The team really helped us plan out our entire trip by providing great referrals on the island for our activities, entertainment, and food options so it was even more than we had hoped for. A dream vacation

We brought our family to this magical place for our destination wedding and it was beyond perfect. This home offers everything you need. Everyone was so comfortable and we all had plenty space. The pool was a big hit. My 7 year old spent every day in the backyard. Thank you for making our stay perfect!! I will definitely come back !!!

Relaxation in Kauai

The house is beautiful, and has everything you could need in a home away from home. We did nothing but relax while we were there, the grill was a great bonus. All of the kids 9-16 found things to entertain them. It was everything we hoped for and more. We couldn't have been happier with our selection

Great Stay

This is a great property and we would certainly stay again. We were a family of 9 with three generations and had plenty of room. The location is perfect for day trips to Hanalei or Kilauea and the lanai is expansive. We enjoyed all the extras - beach gear was super convenient to borrow and the washer/dryer setup was perfect. Jason was a great and responsive host. We named a little cardinal with a bum leg Koa, and hope others will find a seed or two to feed him (from your hand). He brought us a lot of joy in the backyard.

the house was amazing. 2 master rooms, large complete kitchen. large dining room table beautiful solid wood table plenty of seating. bar/ counter seating in addition to out door large tablea for 6 each. the indoor living and outdoor living were fantastic. salt water pool delightfuland hot tub perfect after a day of activites!

Perfect Hawaiian Retreat For Our Family!

Outstanding! Great communication, well -equipped top to bottom, and especially appreciated all the beach toys, chairs, and snorkeling gear! Wonderful pool area and great location to enjoy the North Shore and just a 5 minute walk to the Queen’s Bath. Great Hawaiian style and perfect floor plan for family enjoyment! Would definitely rebook this home again. Only disappointment was barking dog and loud “always on” TV from next door neighbors…but easy to overcome with backyard waterfall sound.

A great house on an amazing island.

Spent a lot of time in the pool which was fantastic for kids. Walked easily to Queens Bath which was amazing but challenging for older guests that can’t hike. FoodMart made shopping incredibly easy. Beach at HanaLei was a favorite!!! Wish we had known to make shuttle reservations through GoHaena for a day at Tunnells. Impossible to park. Can’t wait to come back to Kauai. Such a special place.

Home away from home in paradise!

The house was absolutely beautiful! The rooms throughout the house were bright and all the finishes were very nice. The house comfortably fit 9 of us, with great spaces to hang out, swim, cook and eat. Love all the equipment (beach towels, snorkels, body and surf boards, chairs, coolers, life jackets) at the house, made beach adventures easy. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and made for the cherry on top! Also the property manager was easily accessible and very helpful with great recommendations and reviews. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, hope we get the chance!

Amazing vacation home away from home

We spent 2 weeks at the house - what a wonderful vacation! The pool and hot tub in the back were the highlight and made for an awesome time even with the Kauai rain. The house was well stocked with linens, beach gear and kitchen gear. We cooked a lot in our 2 weeks, we used the grill outside, the stove, oven, etc. The property managers were so great, responsive to any questions and super helpful. The walking paths around the house and pedestrian access to nearby beaches and hiking were great. It was truly a paradise house!

Lovely house and location

Tropical paradise! The house is big, fun, tropical, and the location wonderful. After March Queens Bath should be open again. Bummed we missed that since it is right down the street. House could not be better. Pool and landscaping are just perfect. Loved all the tropical plants. Fully stocked house so we did not need to buy the little things. Trip to Costco and Walmart in Lihue are a must! Woodland was craziness. Such an upscale resort like area. The walk down to Hideaway Beach is a must. Stairs are steep but soo worth it.

Relaxing family vacation spot

Great place to stay for our group of 10, grandparents, parents and grandkids. The back yard was a a favorite hangout, everyone loved the pool & hotub. On the first night we were all out there playing and my daughter-in-law said "this was exactly how I imagined it would be". Princeville Food Land was close and convenient for groceries. Lots of room for everyone to spread out, two washers & dryers was great, beach toys, everything as advertised. Thanks to Jason, who was there to help with anything we needed. I miss it already!

Wow! Such a stunning property! We were kore than blown away! From the beautiful welcome gifts, hand written note, to the lovely furinishings and stylish touches of this property, my family and I had th that time here!! Don’t hesitate, book this place! Janine and Jason were so on top of the communication! We had no issues whatsoever but the one question we did have they responded within seconds. Thank you both for making this such a memorable trip!
