Beautiful, large studio with Mountain views from deck, beach access & A/C

This is a large studio, "The Mountain Suite" resides within a triplex building on the edge of a cliff over Anini beach on the North shore of Kauai! Complete with kitchenette, separate bathroom, partial ocean views and The Napali coast. This is a great place for a couple or small family to dis-connect and re-connect for there stay in paradise and at a great price! Quick access to Kaweonui beach just below the studio and you have your own private cove with great snorkeling and soak up the sun. The Mountain View deck is quite place to have breakfast or enjoy a nice glass of wine and relax at the end of the day and take in an incredible sunset!

We loved the set up. Super clean. It had everything you could possibly need. The walk to the beach was an adventure and we used the snorkel gear to see the turtles. The extras for the kitchen and grill were perfect! The larger fridge was excellent. The bed and pull out were so comfortable. The porch was so nice we sat out there morning, noon and night a few times. The view of the mountains and the ocean off to the right were amazing! Highly recommend. Too much to list!! Thanks Bill!

Paradise in Princeville

We had a fantastic time at Bill’s place in Princeville. The views of the Napali Coast in the morning couldn’t be beat and we loved the place itself, especially the top tier shower and bathroom!

Excellent stay

Our stay far exceeded our expectations, from arrival to departure. The condo was immaculate and perfectly equipped. The views are much better than you can tell from online photos, with mountains and ocean easily visible from a comfortable spot on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo in Princeville. The location was a short drive to Hanalei Bay and close to a local farmers market. It is definitely worth the price and has amazing views.

Great little spot

This was a perfect spot for a couple. Essentially a little studio with everything you need-kitchenette, kitchen tools, nice bathroom setup plus a little lanai for enjoying breakfast and or in the evening. Trail down to the beach (labeled differently on google). Quiet except for the roosters! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Wonderful Studio

We loved our stay in Princeville! The room was clean and perfect for our little paradise getaway. A beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony and nice that the room included beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling gear for us to enjoy. Shares a main entrance and staircase with one other room/apartment and then you have your own locked door to the studio. Quiet area and some nice restaurants in nearby Hanalei. The host was very responsive and kind.

We absolutely loved our cozy mountain view stay on Kauai! Listening to the surf throughout the night, coffee on the deck every morning while the island was awakening, watching waterfalls on the mountains after a rainfall in the night, it just doesn’t get any better! Besides the lovely accommodations, Bill was so helpful with directions and suggestions when I asked for tips on the local scene! And we really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards! We had a wonderful time at the beach! Also, our daughter stayed with us and she was very pleasantly surprised at the comfiness of the pullout sleeper. she said the incredibly comfortable foam mattress topper provided was amazing. We were so happy with the Princeville location too! Loved the local walking paths and beaches, hiking and fabulous cuisine nearby! Highly recommend!

Exactly what we wanted

We had a fantastic stay at Bill’s vacation home in Princeville. Communication was great. The check in and check out processes were seamless. It had all the amenities we were looking for and ended up being more spacious than we expected. The parking spot was convenient. We enjoyed the beach and snorkeling equipment as well as the small high-top table on the balcony for breakfasts and dinners outside. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful Property

We are so grateful for the opportunity to have stayed at this property. The location is stunningly beautiful, and when we arrived the property was very clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed for a 7 day stay. The AC worked fantastically, the kitchenette was well stocked with needed items, and the bathroom was spacious and nice. We appreciated the kindness of the manager. His directions and information about the property was perfect. Thank you, again for letting us stay.

Great stay for our first time in Hawaii! The host, Bill, answered is right away with any questions we had. He also provided us with a list of restaurants, must do activities, beaches etc to help us plan our stay. The condo was very clean. They have pest control come around so there’s extra assurance the room will be critter free. There beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers and more which we found super convenient. Great, quiet location in the middle of everything you’d want to see in the North Shore. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Clean & convenient

This is a great rental for your stay in Kauai. The property was very clean, well organized and filled with convenient items throughout like sunscreen, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and kitchen items. The curtains are see through and the walls are very thin so little to no privacy but we still enjoyed our stay regardless. Queens bath is a 30 min walk from the property. I’d recommend this property to friends in the future!

Perfect base

We had such a great stay at this property! We were able to enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the patio, as you could see the ocean around the right side. The property description was spot on, including all the amenities that were included! We appreciated the snorkeling gear, and also that we could walk to Sea Lodge Beach, though get ready for a steep downhill trail to get there! The AC worked well, the shower was great, and the kitchen had everything you need. The bed is quite firm, but we slept well.. Just woke up early with the roosters! Bill was incredibly communicative and helpful with recommendations he sent beforehand. Thanks Bill!

Adorable Princeville studio

The Princeville area is simply stunning and this property is located a short drive from Hanalei and Kapa’a, both areas with shops, food, and beaches. We loved the location. The studio itself was very clean and well kept, with a spacious bathroom. The main area/living room includes a bed and sofa bed, so be advised that everyone is sleeping in the same room together. The kitchenette is small but there is a full fridge in a closet for extra food storage, and we really appreciated the hot plate for cooking, as there is no stove. The balcony is long with a great view. The host, Bill, is very accessible and accommodating. Overall a lovely stay. Thanks Bill!

A Gem of a Stay

The Mountain condo was an amazing VRBO stay - simply stunning views from the balcony and a perfect location for Kauai North Shore / NaPoli / Hanalei activities and food destinations. The airport and Kapaa are an easy 30-40 min drive; and PoiPu, Waimea, and the west shore destinations are only an hour and change drive. The condo itself is a very large studio, with an enormous bathroom and shower - even prettier than the photos online. There are ample closets and storage for clothes and toiletries. The beds were super comfy (we used the sleeper sofa as well, and it has an extra memory foam mattress). The kitchen is cute, small and simple, but truly outfitted with everything you’d need to cook, and there is an outdoor grill available! The whole place is full of light - nice fan and air conditioned if needed. The best? The hosts!! Bill was super responsive, and he and Cathy have made available beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear, and recommendations for days. We’ll need to come back just to take it all in! This was not our first visit to Kauai, but it was our best so far. I will especially remember my morning coffee watching the sun come up from the balcony.3 Thank you Bill and Cathy!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It felt like a home away from home. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with stunning views — whether enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery never got old.The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen had all the essentials (and then some), the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there were even little extras for beach fun! The location was peaceful and relaxing, yet just a short drive to local attractions, restaurants, and outdoor activities. It was the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.

North Shore Paradise!

Me and my husband absolutely loved staying here! The condo is very spacious. We especially loved the lanai with the gorgeous mountain views! The condo is equipped with snorkel gear and beach chairs too. Great location with a 15 minute walk to SeaLodge Beach and less than 5 minute drive to the grocery store. Would absolutely stay here again. Mahalo Bill!

Perfect location, great views, clean & well equipped!

Really enjoyed staying at Bill’s place! The location is perfect for exploring the north shore. Spent many mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the great mountain and partial ocean views. Studio was exceptionally clean and well equipped to make simple meals and the cooler, beach chairs etc is a nice bonus. The detailed instructions are very helpful for arrival/parking. Looking forward to a return visit here soon!

Perfect place

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was even more spacious than we expected, which made it extra comfortable for us. It was easy to find and get to, and the view of the mountains from the property was just stunning—pictures don’t do it justice. One of the best parts was how close it was to a beautiful, secluded beach that’s just a short hike away. It felt like a hidden gem. And having air conditioning was such a bonus after spending the day in the sun. Highly recommend—would definitely stay here again!
