Beautiful, large studio with Mountain views from deck, beach access & A/C

This is a large studio, "The Mountain Suite" resides within a triplex building on the edge of a cliff over Anini beach on the North shore of Kauai! Complete with kitchenette, separate bathroom, partial ocean views and The Napali coast. This is a great place for a couple or small family to dis-connect and re-connect for there stay in paradise and at a great price! Quick access to Kaweonui beach just below the studio and you have your own private cove with great snorkeling and soak up the sun. The Mountain View deck is quite place to have breakfast or enjoy a nice glass of wine and relax at the end of the day and take in an incredible sunset!

Excellent stay

Our stay far exceeded our expectations, from arrival to departure. The condo was immaculate and perfectly equipped. The views are much better than you can tell from online photos, with mountains and ocean easily visible from a comfortable spot on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Studio

We loved our stay in Princeville! The room was clean and perfect for our little paradise getaway. A beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony and nice that the room included beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling gear for us to enjoy. Shares a main entrance and staircase with one other room/apartment and then you have your own locked door to the studio. Quiet area and some nice restaurants in nearby Hanalei. The host was very responsive and kind.

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo in Princeville. The location was a short drive to Hanalei Bay and close to a local farmers market. It is definitely worth the price and has amazing views.

A Gem of a Stay

The Mountain condo was an amazing VRBO stay - simply stunning views from the balcony and a perfect location for Kauai North Shore / NaPoli / Hanalei activities and food destinations. The airport and Kapaa are an easy 30-40 min drive; and PoiPu, Waimea, and the west shore destinations are only an hour and change drive. The condo itself is a very large studio, with an enormous bathroom and shower - even prettier than the photos online. There are ample closets and storage for clothes and toiletries. The beds were super comfy (we used the sleeper sofa as well, and it has an extra memory foam mattress). The kitchen is cute, small and simple, but truly outfitted with everything you’d need to cook, and there is an outdoor grill available! The whole place is full of light - nice fan and air conditioned if needed. The best? The hosts!! Bill was super responsive, and he and Cathy have made available beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear, and recommendations for days. We’ll need to come back just to take it all in! This was not our first visit to Kauai, but it was our best so far. I will especially remember my morning coffee watching the sun come up from the balcony.3 Thank you Bill and Cathy!

Nice Little Gem

We had an amazing experience with our stay here at Orchid Point. The room was excellent, clean, prepared if anything we could need and the host William maintains great communication! We had 3 stay here and it was the perfect amount of space. An incredible drive from the airport and such a quiet area.

Cute honeymoon spot

The host is very accommodating! He listed many great restaurants and places to go. He provided chairs coolers and snorkeling gear. Only about a 15 minute walk to the private beach great little snorkeling spot and close to a fun shopping center. Very clean beautiful deck to watch sunsets!

Exactly what we wanted

We had a fantastic stay at Bill’s vacation home in Princeville. Communication was great. The check in and check out processes were seamless. It had all the amenities we were looking for and ended up being more spacious than we expected. The parking spot was convenient. We enjoyed the beach and snorkeling equipment as well as the small high-top table on the balcony for breakfasts and dinners outside. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Lovely Getaway!

We had a great time staying here- Bill is an awesome host!! He sent us a ton of recommendations, instructions on how to get to the lovely, beautiful almost-secret beach near the condo, and was super easy to communicate with! The washer/dryer unit wasn't working when we stayed and Bill went as far as offering his home washer and dryer for us to do our laundry, he was more than accommodating which we really appreciated. Can't wait to visit Kauai again!!

Great stay for our first time in Hawaii! The host, Bill, answered is right away with any questions we had. He also provided us with a list of restaurants, must do activities, beaches etc to help us plan our stay. The condo was very clean. They have pest control come around so there’s extra assurance the room will be critter free. There beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers and more which we found super convenient. Great, quiet location in the middle of everything you’d want to see in the North Shore. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Perfect base

We had such a great stay at this property! We were able to enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the patio, as you could see the ocean around the right side. The property description was spot on, including all the amenities that were included! We appreciated the snorkeling gear, and also that we could walk to Sea Lodge Beach, though get ready for a steep downhill trail to get there! The AC worked well, the shower was great, and the kitchen had everything you need. The bed is quite firm, but we slept well.. Just woke up early with the roosters! Bill was incredibly communicative and helpful with recommendations he sent beforehand. Thanks Bill!

It was in a beautiful area! Quiet. Lots of amenities. We appreciated the beach gear, mountain views, large TV. The North Shore was away from the hussle and bussle on the island. Sealodge Beach was a fun trek and so very peaceful! Anini Beach was close and quite a gem in itself! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning our next trip back to the island. Princeville and this studio are simply wonderful. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the lanai and the relaxing noise of the surrounding nature. Bill is a wonderful host, he provided tons on information. Even without a car, we managed to go around and visit. We may come back! Thank you!

Clean & convenient

This is a great rental for your stay in Kauai. The property was very clean, well organized and filled with convenient items throughout like sunscreen, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and kitchen items. The curtains are see through and the walls are very thin so little to no privacy but we still enjoyed our stay regardless. Queens bath is a 30 min walk from the property. I’d recommend this property to friends in the future!
