"I stayed for a weekend, and the last time I stayed before this the casino and hotel was in better condition. This casino hotel is degrading, the casino itself has fewer slots and the rooms are outdated. The staff are nice and make sure you get your drinks on time. I understand Sam’s Town was bought by the Ballys Corporation, in which there is a Ballys next door, so I guess we’ll see how it goes. Also, I was sad that the buffet was gone and they put a sportsbook area there. The buffet was one of the things I looked forward to every time I stayed before. "

"Unfortunately, the shops on the boardwalk has closed, so not many shops around, but it was a nice stay overall."

"Rooms below the 10th floor or a little shabby and noisy. You can hear all of the traffic noise. We started asking for rooms on the 12th floor or higher to not hear the noise and they seem to look and smell better up there also."

"The manager and assistant manager were super helpful and friendly. The cleaning crews worked hard to keep everything clean. The room was spacious, but the carpet was very worn and everything was outdated. The bathroom was in serious need of an upgrade."
