"Nice location and place was clean. Room was fine - we had the 1 bedroom villa. A bit old and paid $40 per day for parking in an uncovered lot, unsecured lot. Pool was great, especially on the ocean side, and the Poipu location was great. In my opinion, it’s overpriced - like everything else on the island."

"The view from this unit can’t be beat. We worked our dinner schedule around the two hours before sunset to watch the surfers and the turtles. The sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep every night. The kitchen is fairly well equipped though an outlet didn’t work so we moved the coffee maker. It would be nice to have a bigger pan to cook on even for just the two of us. We like easy one pan meals! But otherwise the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the unit is well equipped with beach chairs and towels. Thank you! This is a very comfortable unit with an awesome view!"

"Great location, perfect size of a unit for the two of us. Can’t say enough about the unit, all amenities were great. We will definitely be back! Each night we had our happy hour facing the ocean watching the surfers next to the Beach House Restaurant. Lovely."

"The condo was clean and cool upon arrival. Everything stated in the listing was accurate. 109 is absolutely, without a doubt, the best condo on the property (and several passers by were quick to point that out). The only bad thing I can say about the place is that you might not want to leave it to go explore the rest of the island. We'd sit for hours just watching the turtles in the surf and the many excellent surfers catch wave after endless wave. The location was great! Lawa'i beach is right next door which we snorkeled daily. Allerton Garden (a must see) and Old Koloa Town are just minutes away. The condo kitchen had everything we needed and there's even a grilling area across the parking lot which came in handy for "burger night". The bed was comfortable, the shower was huge and the water temp and pressure were perfect. We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay and would definitely stay here again when visiting the south shore."
