"The lake house was magical, well laid out, lots of comfy options for seating, indoors and out. Beds were deluxe. Beautiful views and sounds of the lake. Lots of amenities, only needed to bring food and drink. Short walks to brewery, restaurants, grocery. Only downside is there was no parking for the unit, very frustrating to attempt to find overnight public parking several blocks away. Public beach and parks within steps, lots of things to see and do in the County. "

"This was my second time staying at The Waring House for a mini getaway and I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious, The Barley Room Pub (onsite) has a great atmosphere with live bands and a great selection of brews on tap, the staff is extremely friendly (a shout out to Heather the day manager) and the breakfast was excellent. The weather wasn’t great during my visit but I love that the Millennium Trail is right behind the hotel property for easy access to walking/cycling paths. I’ll definitely be visiting again! "
