Welcome to this charming holiday apartment on the ground floor of a modern house in the new part of Primošten - perfectly suitable for 4 adults and 1 child. The accommodation is ideal for families, couples, or small groups who want to spend a relaxed holiday on the Croatian coast.



The apartment offers two separate bedrooms on 65 m², a cosy living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. Particularly pleasant: the private entrance and access to a furnished veranda with partial sea view, where you can enjoy relaxed hours outdoors.



A real highlight for families is the large, enclosed courtyard directly in front of the apartment - here children can play carefree, while adults relax on the sun terrace.



The equipment includes, among other things, air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV and a private washing machine. The kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering: from cooker and microwave to kettle and crockery. Even in the cooler months, the existing heating ensures pleasant temperatures.



The location of the accommodation is quiet and yet central: In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the nearest gravel beach, and the historic centre of Primošten is about 700 metres away. Supermarket, restaurants, cafés, pharmacy and other facilities are also within walking distance. The area offers numerous leisure activities such as water sports, hiking, cycling tours, wine tastings and boat trips.



A private car park directly at the house is available free of charge. Small dogs (up to 10 kg) are welcome upon request - please note that an additional fee will be charged for pets.

Wonderful spacious apartment

Wonderful soacious apartment. All the features and facilities you need. Milena was helpful and easy to contact. Primosten is a spectacular place. The apartment has small pool which our children enjoyed. Its about 10-15mins walk out of the centre of town up a slight incline.

Der Pool für die Kinder

Der Pool für die Kinder. Laut den Bildern dachten wir, dass er größer wäre, aber für die Kinder vollkommen ausreichend. Unser 3 jähriger konnte drin stehen. Die Strände in Primosten waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar und sehr schön sauber. Das Meer war nur nach kurzem schon sehr tief. Es stand, dass die Terrasse für uns alleine ist. Aber es sind alle darüber gelaufen, um in ihre Wohnungen zu kommen. Das war nicht so toll. Die Bäder waren sehr klein. Ein Geschirrspüler wäre toll gewesen.

Gutes Objekt

Das Objekt an sich ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen (wie auf den Bildern zusehen) und die Küche leider sehr gering ausgestattet. Aber das nötigste ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief super. Leider ist die check in Zeit erst um 17 Uhr. Der Vermieter wohnt unten drunter und ist sehr nett gewesen,”Mängel” wurden innerhalb von einer Stunde beseitigt. Das Haus liegt auf einem steilen Berg und in der Beschreibung ist auch leider nicht beschrieben dass man mehrere Stufen bis zur Wohnung laufen muss und zum Pool nochmal eine weitere Ebene. Aber im Großen und Ganzen kann man dieses Objekt aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen.
