"Check in was great, Hasan the owner met us outside his place and brought us to the lobby and showed us around. He was aware we had a ferry in the morning and arranged breakfast early for us. Great hospitality, the place looks like it has been recently renovated and is very clean. Wish we had more than one night we would have definitely stayed longer not to mention a private pool and deck was a bonus. "

"It was a great time in a great hotel! We arrived late at midnight at the hotel, and the lobby was very lively, which made us very welcome! We also got the option to have a late dinner, simple but very tasty food in the main restaurant, after our long trip. The staff are amazing, attentive, and courteous. You see people working everywhere all the time (they are very hardworking people, and they do deserve tips always, if you can). The cleanliness isn't 5 stars, and I'm blaming the buildings around the hotel, which are many at this time. So the balcony is always dusty, but you can request to clean it from the app or with housekeeping. The bed wasn't the best one I have had, but it is ok, are couple beds, not 2 single beds together. The towels were changed every day during our stay The main restaurant there has a lot of options of food options from European to Azian. Nice and very tasty! We went to 2 A La Cart restaurants (Mexican and Italian), and even the staff were nice, the food wasn't the best I have tried. So, go to the free options if you have, but don't pay for Italian, even if it is only €10 per person. There are kids' dance and show activities every night. I found it a bit late to start at 20h45, going to 22h, but it should be fine for most. The beach doesn't worsen the trip. I'm a beach person and have been in many beautiful ones. The view is nice and beautiful. The water is clear until kids start playing in the sand on the edge. I think isn't natural sand. "

"I booked this hotel from 1 night and I am glad it wasn’t more than that! The photos online wasn’t at all related to the hotel!! I chose a room which was supposed to be a sea view room but this hotel wasn’t near the sea at all, and after speaking to someone at the reception, they said you can only see the sea a little bit from the top floor. We had to park our car at the pedestrian crossing as there was no space to park it. They had no lift and we had to carry the suitcases to the second floor. The room was very outdated, the shower and toilet was filthy, when I tried to open the balcony door the mesh sliding door just came off!! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all as it was the most horrible place we’ve ever stayed! It was a waste of money ."

"Had to book an alternative hotel as the conditions were horrible. Definitely not what was described or anything like the photos on Expedia. The hotel room was dirty, plugs hanging from the walls, the mirrors were broken and there were water stains on the walls. The staff were not helpful at all. Plus, I booked an all inclusive stay at this hotel and It is definitely not an all inclusive hotel! So disappointing, it took a full day of my vacation away. "
