"We were only in the property a couple of hours before we were moved due to the building being unsafe. We were moved to an apartment at roughly 21:30 at night, we were moved to an apartment with no hot tub, as this was not the experience we were looking for we agreed with Donnini to leave the next morning and they would give us a full refund (we were booked for two nights). Over a week later Hotels.com and myself can’t get a response from Donnini and needless to say a refund hasn’t been...

"Really noisy in all rooms from traffic, every time a bus passe on the main road outside, the floor vibrated. At least 30 minute walk to town centre. On 3rd floor with no lift. "

"Check in was super easy, house were very clean, great communication with the owner. Will sure comeback."

"We stayed here as we had a wedding in Troon. The property was immaculate. We were unaware it was a breakfast at tiffany’s theme but it was an excellent touch and a good discussion point at the wedding. Communication with the rentees was excellent and prompt. The property is situated just off the main street so walking into Prestwick was so easy. Would highly recommend this property."
