Very helpful and pleasant staff. Breakfasts good and it was nice to have table service. Pool was lovely but the room was stifling!! Some areas a little tired but in general thought it was very nice. Walk to town was a bit of a challenge in gale force winds, but that can’t be helped!

The Hotel is situated right on the sea front,but we had the car park view, we stayed 2 nights for the eclipse,the breakfast was excellent, the room was nice and clean but very warm overall would recommend we didn't use the pool so can't review that

We love this hotel and the area as it’s lovely and quiet. We had a sea view and large room that slept 3. Breakfast is great and run very well with polite, well organised staff who run a tight ship. A definite credit to the hotel. Reception staff are also very nice and helpful. Large free car park with lots of spaces Would stay here again, this was our second year in a row.

We had a beautiful beach view. The staff were excellent. They remembered us from the last time we came which meant a lot to us. The room was spotless. The staff ans breakfast was definitely 1st class. The only complaint I have us they give you far to much delicious food.

What a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. Stunning views. Fabulous staff who work very hard and go above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and the waiting on staff were very attentive and friendly. The swimming pool was fabulous! The hotel room was absolutely perfect, the only thing I didn’t like was the shower itself it was very compact so wasn’t a pleasant experience but apart from that I can't fault the hotel. It’s the little things in life as they say such as the biscuits and hot chocolate in the room , such a winner for the children, and me too :) ! The beach being a stones throw was lovely and we were blessed with gorgeous weather. 10 out of 10 to The Beaches Hotel & spa! Thank you

We had a beach view family room which was so special for myself and my two grandchildren, aged 7 & 9. The room was large and pleasantly decorated. The beds were so comfortable. The room and ensuite were very clean. Breakfast was lovely with a good variety to choose from, for both adults and children. The swimming pool was exceptional consisting of a separate babies/small children pool, the main swimming pool and a separate jacuzzi area ... my grandchildren spent several hours in the pool and I had to eventually prise them away!! The beach was gorgeous, so sandy and again my grandchildren were in their element running and playing in the sand. The staff were all very helpful, polite and professional. I would highly recommend this Hotel to other travellers and I would definitely visit again.

All staff were friendly and helpful. The quality and quantity of the food for the price was excellent. All areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. The hotel is in the ideal place on the beach front and a short walk to the shops, cafes and park. I will be returning as had a lovely stay.

We were a family with a baby and a toddler, we were put in a room on the top floor, furthest away from the lift. We had to pass through 5 doors to get there - quite difficult with a pram, luggage and baby. The room was south facing, so absolutely boiling in 30°C - not ideal for young children and babies. The food was not enjoyable. The only thing my family and I enjoyed were the croissants and yoghurt at breakfast. Despite all the negatives, the pool was very nice and clean and the hotel is perfect proximity to the beach.

Which ever room you stay in, you have a beautiful view whether it being the sea view or the Welsh mountains. The hotel is spotless and the food was beautiful. All the staff are very friendly and make you so welcome. Definitely will be booking again very soon.

Beautifully decorated and furnished hotel especially near reception. Our bedroom was in the loft and was small but we had a velux window with a great sea view, and amazing sound of the sea when it was open. Very friendly waiter Geoff in the dining room. As it was Sunday we had roast dinners which were fine. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were all nice, especially after a day's cycling. All in all, a good hotel and worth the price in my view.
