"Second time checking in at Go Hotels. It's located conveniently besides a small mall/ Robinsons if you need quick grocery shopping and dining. It would be great to improve amenities, such as a free gym inside the hotel, or a microwave / small fridge inside the rooms. Otherwise a great stay overall."

"We had a pleasant stay at this property. The hotel rooms are your basic ones and the hotel felt a bit dated, but we don’t mind that. The staff were pleasant and there was a cafe in the lobby but we didn’t get to try it. The location was great for exploring Intramuros and Binondo, so it did the job for what we needed. Would stay here again. "

"There was an issue with disturbing nearby guests who got unto verbal abuse on me at telling them to behave as they were extremely noisy late at night. They did not comply with the house rules. It ought to have been they were permanently barred from the hotel due to this. This should go without any prompt from my side. But the staff said nothing about it other than the usual sorry saying. They just sent someone to "talk to them". Result: These thugs stayed for one night, they are welcome to come back. I stayed for three nights and will never come back. The staff at Grand, you need to reply to this message. Just change your policies to bar people that misbehave."
