"The pool doesnt open until 5pm, so that really sucks for guests with children who are there to use the pool. The staff was very rude and did not explain certain things to us because they didnt take the time to find a staff member to explain things in English as we do not speak Spanish. The pool was out of control and the life guards did nothing about it. The assistant manager told us that she would make us leave if we didnt pay our room charges even though we had already booked and paid for another night! She also said all of this right in front onlf my children."

At first, the room didn’t look obviously dirty, but there was a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. After spending time in the room, I started experiencing intense itching and what felt like pin-needle bites all over my body. Even after leaving, the symptoms continued, and I’ve had to seek medical attention to figure out what I was exposed to—likely from the mattress or room. Looking more closely, the condition of the room was unacceptable: Cracked and damaged ceiling Rust and grime on bathroom fixtures Stained, deteriorating walls Dirty microwave with food residue still inside This is not just about cleanliness—it’s a serious health concern. I did not receive the quality or safety I paid for. I have requested a refund due to these conditions and the impact this stay has had on my health. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until these issues are properly addressed. "

"The rooms, mattresses, and linens were all old. Plugs didn't work, window unit AC was damaged (loud but functioning), holes in sheets and towels. The saving grace was the one time pet fee."
