"Hassayampa Inn is truly historic and maintains the aura of its history beautifully.
The staff is outstanding. The rooms are as described, so do expect some to be smaller than a more modern hotel. And the elevator is only operated by staff, who are more than happy to assist anytime of the day or night.
At the Hassayampa, you are only a block or two from Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row...many events at the square and many restaurants within walking distance. Be aware, for those who may have some walking issues, that you do have to walk back up to the hotel when you go down to these areas.
There are 2 restaurants for lunch and dinner and a coffee bar for morning coffee.
