"The carpets are really old and not well maintained. In our room they were sticky and next to the 3rd floor elevator the carpet is buckled. Overall the place is very clean and the team working there os outstanding. We believe an update is in the works as they were measuring the rooms for curtains."

"I love this hotel! The energy and the vibe is great, maybe it’s the Hopi influence, I don’t know but we loved it! It’s bright and clean. Our room (we splurged and got a king suite) was huge and amazing. They have the European thing where your key card has to be in the holder for the lights to be on. The breakfast was the best with pastries from a local bakery (I assume). Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful artwork all around. The gallery/gift shop is a-mazing. I love everything about it. We found good places to eat in Cottonwood. Took the Verde Canyon train and went to the nearby Tutzigoot National Monument. Fantastic trip!"
