Chalet (Sleeps 6):



Master Loft: King bed, stately sitting area, ensuite bath with walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: King bed, wicker rocking chair, large bureau.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds with floral accents.

Cozy living room with fireplace, Vizio TVs with Roku, Vizio sound bar.

Fully stocked kitchen with modern white-on-white design, dishwasher.

Dining table for eight, outdoor deck with propane grill, bench seating.

Internet, washer/dryer, central heat and A/C.

Cottage (Sleeps 2):



Queen bed, private bath, kitchenette.

Outdoor Spaces:



Over half an acre property with tall pines.

Western-facing deck for outdoor grilling.

Shady grassy area with apple and plum trees.

Basketball court for a quick game of pick-up.

Separate outdoor spaces for Chalet and Cottage.

House Rules:



Dog-friendly property; pet fees apply. Please let us know if you are bringing dogs and how many. We allow dogs but also charge for them. Dogs are $15 per night per dog plus tax. There is also a one time $10 flat fee.

Respect neighborhood quiet hours after 10 pm.

Honest disclosure of party size, dogs, or cats.

Considerate pet behavior; cover beds and furniture, no excessive barking.

Smoking is allowed only outside.

Check-in from 4 pm; early check-ins may be available upon request.

Check-out requires prior arrangement; late check-outs may incur charges.
