Great Stay (Again)!
This was the second time we have stayed here and nothing has changed, still a perfect location and home for me and my family! Todd, the host is great to work with and made sure everything was top notch. Kitchen and bedrooms are well stocked and the quiet neighborhood is just another plus. Great Weekend stay!

Short get away
This house was perfect for our needs. My retired husband and I stayed in the main house and our adult son, wife, and two dogs stayed in the guest house. Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed the proximity to downtown for our dinners, or ice cream. We enjoyed the shaded patio and the fenced yard for the dogs. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and Quiet!
Really enjoyed our time at this lovely little retreat close to the Prescott square. First time staying in the downtown area and really enjoyed the walks and access to the square. Fully stocked and comfy furnishings. Neighbors were all friendly and the Library nearby had a fun history timeline on the sidewalk. So much history to enjoy all around along with beautiful trees and most everything was in bloom!! Very nice. Property manager was prompt when I had a question. Hope to get to try this place again one day!

Graduation Weekend
We had a lovely stay at the Rose House in Prescott which we rented for the graduation of our son from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The check in process was easy and we enjoyed the historic feel of the home and the modern amenities. The bedroom was comfortable and we had plenty of space for ourselves and entertaining family during the graduation weekend. It was nice having off-street parking and we walked quite a bit around historic downtown Prescott just two blocks away taking in the food and shops. Out adult daughter had the bonus cottage to herself and she reported that the bed was comfortable and the extra bathroom came in handy.

This is a great house! With the guest house attached! Clean, cute and a stones throw from the downtown square! The neighborhood is quiet which was great after long days at a soccer tournament! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location walking distance to Whisky Row and historical sites!
We rented this house to check out colleges with our kids. We stayed in the main house and let them stay in the guest house. We saw had a family of deer walk by the house while we were outside which was pretty cool. Very quiet family neighborhood, and visitor center is just a block away to find local activities. We stayed end of March and in 1 day we had all four seasons (sunny, rain, hail, snow). We loved the house, the area, and town.
