The rooms are very clean and modern, the breakfast is fresh and delicious every morning. The pool and hot tubs were beautiful and very much enjoyed. It’s difficult to get extra towels from room service, we requested to have our room cleaned and it didn’t happen.

Difficulty at check in due to booking multiple room and confusion with length of stay. Credit card machine not working causing wrong card to be charged. **do your own dishes and cleaning. We reserved and paid for a multi-bed room. When we checked in just before 6 pm, we were assigned a one-bed room. We immediately came down to the front desk to notify the front desk of the mistake. But the front desk clerk just told us that they could not switch because the hotel was fully booked, without trying to check to see if there was any multi-bed room available at that time. I'm sure at that time, which was relatively early for check-in, there were multi-bed rooms available, since that's what we reserved and hotels don't assign rooms until guests check in.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the amenities met my expectations for a relaxing visit. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast options. While there was a decent variety, it would be great if the hotel added egg white-only options for guests who prefer not to eat yolks. This would be a thoughtful addition for those who are health-conscious or have dietary preferences. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

The Residence Inn by Marriott, Prescott, AZ offers two rare qualities -.an exceptionally responsive, helpful staff and restaurant-quality foods at their breakfast buffet. The suite is comfortable and clean.I also need to mention that the hotel is convenient to shopping, entertainment, and various restaurants. We'll definitely return here for future visits to Prescott.

People smoking very smelly skunk like marijuanna in front of the handicap parking space on the court. When I told the front desk they said it was legal. It was the first thing I smelled getting out of the car. I informed your staff that it wasn’t legal to smoke in public only legal in your homes . It was an awful stench and they refused to ask them to move or stop. I went out with my daughter and when I came back the lobby and the elevator , also the third floor smelled like marrijuanna. I told your staff again they said hmmmm. Like no big deal. I checked out the next morning. I did not stay my second night. I felt unheard and felt unsafe.
