I was super excited to stay there with all its big glass windows and beautiful river location…unfortunately despite the fact I got a suite, they put me in the boring building with no view across the street (see photos for the two buildings)"

"We have booked 2 rooms. The beds are comfortable. However, the hotel did not put the two rooms near each other. They put the 2 rooms very very far apart which is very inconvenient as we have children travelling with us. "
