"Loved the decor, clealiness of interior and all the rooms were as pictured. The two tvs in the other rooms did not work which was disappointing as lounging in bed was going to be a plus. The carport could have been cleaned off but the host was very attentive in responding and was nice. Was unaware of no cable but WIFI worked well"

"We arrived at night and found lights on and easy entry into the Nook. There was a peaceful vibe in a comfortable, pristine environment. The Nook was exactly what was advertised. The next morning we ventured around the property and into the woods where we found the creek. The quiet, serenity in nature that we were looking for was found throughout our stay. "Even though it rained and the waterfall and Okatoma turned into raging rapids, the stay was great! We explored some trails, spotted about 5 deer and gathered kindling! There was plenty of firewood and we cooked in the pit! We sat on the porch until late listening to the raging river and the rain! It was peaceful and full of nature. A needed getaway from work but just an hour away! "

"My wife and I decided to take a quick overnight trip away with kids and stumbled upon this gem. The house is perfectly cozy and very well decorated. We were under the impression this was a chain after arriving, until we reviewed the IG page. The property owners seem relatively close (100 yards or so), but we still felt isolated. The view from the back porch is great and very peaceful. Waking up to the sunshining and birds singing is worth it alone. Potential improvements: Knob on fire pit was stripped and difficult to turn on. We walked trails around the property, but watch out for poison ivy. Trail map would be helpful if not already available. Some additional mood lighting would be nice around the sofa/ living area as the lights are on the brighter side. "
