"Room was nice. No elevator available for getting to 2nd floor. On our last night we realized the sheet was not cleaned properly. Pool was not ready for use"

"Staff was very nice. It was excellent to find a property with rooms for 6, that is rare! So helpful for a big family. Carpets in room are old, and could use a good cleaning. Overall the room was clean, and we were comfortable. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush. Staff said they would get it fixed. "

"TVs did not work the whole time. It was a stop to rest and relax in the room. That didn’t happen. Went for dinner and came back, nothing to do. Turning the shower on was different. We had to call and ask, pull a section up on the faucet, not a “knob”. Breakfast was basic, but okay. They definitely go by the time, she did ask if we were finished. Not sure we would stop there again."
