"Unfortunately our experience with 'Pierre Vancancies' was extremely unpleasant. On arrival we were given no instructions of how to check in or acquire the key to our room. We arrive to a completely locked premises with the option of a key or passcode entry, to which we had neither. There was a number on the gate though due to us being tourist we didn't have a SIM card enabling us to call Spanish numbers. "This property is meters (just around a corner) from the beach, a wonderful promenade and restaurants. The train station and grocery stores are just a 5 minute walk away. If you are looking for a stop over for one or two nights the apartment will work. If staying longer you will need to bring basic items such as bath and dish soap, soap for the dishwasher and laundry detergent. The washing machine did not spin the water out of the clothes properly so it took 3 hours to dry the load. We have...

"While we appreciated how responsive Dolors was, we felt that for how much money we were spending, the unit could be nicer. The photos were slightly misleading - the unit is a bit older, sparsely decorated, a bit noisy next door to a few restaurants and the shower nozzle height was strangely high. We would suggest if you are coming by train and looking to visit the main beach town, staying in a unit like this may be inconvenient."

Took a bit of finding as just outside of the village, spelling of the location is slightly different and no photo of the building which would have helped. Needs a bit of an update eg the oven as no longer able to see any of the temperature numbers and the garden near olive tree needs weeding. But...

Grocery store very convenient at the side of the building, lots of the magnificent landmarks by walking around, we just loved it.
