Higher ground floor: Living room with 1 additional bed, lounge, TV and radio. You have access to the balcony. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language.


Location
Poljana. The villa is situated on a 400 sqm open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking in a garage and on the property.
