Our tastefully furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor offers space for up to 5 people and is perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea. With 45 m² of living space and a spacious, covered terrace of 20 m² with sea view, you can enjoy peace and comfort in the midst of an idyllic olive grove.

The apartment has two cosy bedrooms: a double room and a twin room - ideal for families or groups. The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.



The open kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils and dishes. Here you will also find a dining table for 5 people and digital entertainment via TV.



For your well-being, air conditioning and heating are provided, and free WiFi is available to you. Smoking is permitted on the terrace, but unfortunately pets are not allowed.

The covered terrace with sea view invites you to have breakfast or relax. You have direct access to the private garden and courtyard, ideal for families with children. Two parking spaces are available directly at the property for your vehicles.
