"Fantastic hotel. Beautiful room facing the Dolomites. Wonderful service by friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner is unbelievable, numerous options and delicious. The pools and sauna are the best I have experienced. Everything is luxurious and well appointed "

"Staff were very friendly. Whilst it is an older property, the rooms are small, didn't worry me as i was traveling alone. Outdoor area was pleasant to have breakfast (although I didn't partake) also nice for an after dinner drink. Very easy walk to center, would recommend "

"Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel, fantastic location. Five minutes walk from train station. The only problem was that the air conditioner was difficult to maintain at a comfortable temperature for sleeping so we were hot at night. The staff tried to help and gave us a fan which did help some. The problem was that the temperature had to be controlled at the front desk with a computer. The night manager came to our room and tried multiple times to fix it on the computer but it didn’t work. We are used to a cool sleeping temperature at home do the nights were a bit difficult. However, everything else about the hotel is excellent so we would stay here again. "
