"The hotel is fine and a good value but the staff is exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. We needed help retrieving a lost item from our previous hotel and they helped us track it down. The location is good, only a short ride to down town Reims. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean."

"Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately they only had a 9pm slot for evening meal so ended up going without food, far too late, although restaurant appeared quiet.. Breakfast however was very good."
