"Beautiful flat and well appointed with everything you'd need to cook and hang out. A couple of good restaurants down the street and a small grocery store right across the street. The flat was about a 10 minute walk to Milano Centrale and the tram line which was very convenient for getting around Milan or for day trips to Lake Como and Venice, which we did. "The apartment is not central, however 15 minutes walk from the underground. It is spacious but very tired. The wooden slats under the mattress were nearly all broken, dirty towels stored under the bed, no toilet paper,and broken fixture. When contacted, CleanBnB were quick to apologize and said someone would come by the next day….but no one ever turned up. They were once again very apologetic, but that was it. "

"The staff were super nice and helpful but the location of the apartment is HORRIBLE. Area dirty and feels unsafe. Apartment very basic. I feel bad for the great staff but I do not recommend it, especially for women traveling alone. "

"Minor communication issues with check-in, as I wasn't sure where the lock box with the key was located at first. Otherwise, the location was great and the actual apartment was very clean and pleasant. Couldn't locate a remote in the unit to adjust A/C settings, but the temperature was okay, and that wasn't a big deal for me. Nice kitchen space and it had a small washing machine for laundry."
