"This hotel offers virtually no service. While bed linens are provided, guests are expected to make the beds themselves and even strip them before leaving. You’re also required to thoroughly clean the room upon departure, or an extra charge will apply. Basic essentials like toilet paper and soap were either missing or insufficient. Overall, it does not offer good value for the price. Not recommending it!"

"We stayed 3 nights here after reading reviews about how good the location was and was such good value for money. All self catering apartments in chalet style. Minutes walk from town the train centre bus stops and attractions. We checked in and out outside of reception hours and was super simple. Very warm and toasty after a day in the cold. Would definitely recommend. "

"The Callisto building was in an excellent position for ski out , close to children ski schools and restaurants . The accommodation itself was brilliant , sufficient space with 1 rooms having a double bed another rooms with a bunk bed and a sofa bed . The views of belle Plagne was amazing "
