There was no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The evening check in associate was very pleasant. "This apartment was absolutely stunning. I was slightly concerned ahead of time as was advised that quite a significant deposit would be taken, but this turned out not to be an issue. The apartment itself was comfortable & cosy, perfect for our family of 5. The additional facilities in the block were much enjoyed by the kids. "Check in communication was great and it was easy to park the car.Due to recent snow fall it was possible to ski in and out which was a bonus. Unfortunately on arrival we found that the previous guests had left parts of the apartment uncleaned and the concierge had missed this.
