"Stayed for two nights in mid August. The front desk staff was very welcoming, in fact all of the staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was a bit firm but comfortable, and the pillows were very comfortable. We had drinks on the patio and this was a very nice experience. Service was quite quick and our drinks were accompanied by nuts and corn nuts. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. Lots of hot water for showers. The breakfast is fabulous and well worth the cost. Lots of free parking. This hotel is very close to the outlet stores. The only con was that there was very loud music one night, but I always take earplugs when travelling so I was able to get to sleep even with the noise. Definitely recommend this hotel!!!"

"Firstly, one has to mention how welcoming and helpful the front of house staff and team were. Nothing asked was too much trouble. Anezka, Eduardo, marianna and others were first class and super genuine. I would have liked to see more of a lounge area for guests to use in the daytime and evening before dinner. The room and hotel in general was immaculately clean and tidy. It is always pleasant when staying in 5 star hotels when the breakfast and service is actually on par. Salvatore on the rooftop bar makes a great cocktail and was always on hand to assist. Beach access is well organised and the hotel bikes that are free to use made it so convenient to explore the coastline from the promenade. Would definitely recommend !"

"Stayed for one night and had dinner and breakfast at their restaurant. Can’t complain about the meals. The staff were exceptional as they assisted us with multiple enquires being our first day in Italy. It’s a credit to the hotel for engaging such high calibre staff!!"
