"Kind of difficult during a busy softball tournament going down from your room, when 1 out of the 2 elevators doesn't work going down, just up. Elevator bank area on 4th floor VERY humid. Air conditioner should be on higher, especially since there is a wait."

"Friendly check in, helpful employees and manager. Clean room with a comfortable bed and couch. Bathroom fan not working, but windows open."

"Excellent customer service, friendly staff. Note in room with name of person who’d clean the room which read (paraphrased) “It was my pleasure to prepare your room for your stay,” signed by the staff member who had done the cleaning. After reading that, I walked around to the side of the bed and there, lying on the floor between the bed and the window, was part of a Dorito chip about the size of a quarter! Later when I pulled out the deck chair to sit in it, I discovered the seat to be full of crumbs…and whatever other miscellaneous debris had gathered there. Apparently she had only cleaned half the room. The bathroom, however was spotless. Otherwise I would have given a five star rating."

"The property manager/owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze and was done with many smiles (a nice change from other hotels!). The room was clean: although it had a bad smell to it (we were there for a long time so we bought a small diffuser and some Febreeze...seemed to be coming from the AC). Towels were sufficient, water pressure was amazing, beds were comfortable, pillows were awesome. Other than a noisy neighbor yelling at his kids our last night, our stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a Casey's in case we needed anything, Walmart is down the street, and McDonalds and Arbys are across the street. Only complaint other than the initial smell of the room: the parking lot is weird and difficult to get out of if full."

"The Copa was very reasonably priced, great service, great owners, and very clean older hotel. Great experience. "

"We enjoyed our stay with all the little extras- snacks and drinks. The kitchen was well furnished and there were plenty of towels, and bedding. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. The yard provided room for the children to play and parking was convenient too. Doug was quick to respond to all questions when he was contacted. We would invite others to stay at this house but I would encourage a complete dusting of baseboards, windows, pictures and the floor under the beds. Thank you for sharing your home.
