"The staff was fantastic and meals in the restaurant were very good. The facility was well renovated and very comfortable. The shower needed a curtain or door to keep from flooding the floor. The towns and mountains in the area were very scenic. Highly recommended. "

"Actual hotel was ok but having taking authorisation details earlier while booking I was then charged again at the hotel .Actually two payments were attempted to be taken from my saved debit card ! HSBC contacted me regarding fraud attempts and blocked my card.But even worse than that the female on reception was aggressive and shouted non stop."

"Everything was great. The only problem was that the Expedia booking didn't go through although I did get a confirmation, from Expedia. Fortunately they still had a room available so we got in. It cost me an extra thirty euros though but I was too tired to make an issue out of it, especially as it was Expedia fault according to the receptionist. "
