Despite our very late check-in, Elisa welcomed us warmly and even assisted with our luggage, carrying it up the stairs herself. This level of personal service was maintained throughout our stay. Elisa's dedication was evident as she helped us order taxis every day, ensuring our travel plans were seamless and stress-free. The hotel's atmosphere was both charming and inviting. Our room was clean, well-appointed, and perfect for a relaxing retreat after a day of exploration.
