"Very small, simple room, but with everything we needed. There should be info in the room on how to use the air conditioning as having it on all night led to a wretched night’s sleep. Also - please put sauna information at reception. We got into the sauna area and there was a message saying to let reception know 15 mins in advance of you wanting to use it - a bit late at that point when I’m already in my swimsuit. It was a nice hotel in a great location and did a fabulous breakfast."

"Enjoyed my 3-night stay at Eden Park. Property is well-maintained and rooms are well-appointed with everything you need. Bonus points for the comfy lounge slippers that come in two different sizes to accommodate guests. Breakfast was amazing with a spread that ranged from yogurt parfaits to miso soup. The front desk staff were also kind in preparing me a breakfast to go on the morning I checked out. If I were to offer one point of feedback, it would be that my bathroom had small remnants of...

"Breakfast was delicious and the hotel itself is nice. Can't. Moment on spa amenities but they are pricey. Has easy access to the ferry to take you to the city center or other places. The room was just ok. Had 2 small quilts instead of one large one, the shower head was very weak, the TV didn't work upon arrival and had to have maintenance come fix it. After that, it kept freezing and I had to unplug it from the back and plug it back in everytime I went to use it."
