Altapura richly deserves its 5-star rating. The resort is spectacular, and all the amenities are at one's fingertips. Amazing hotel and well worth the money in my opinion. Came in early December, so it wasn’t too crowded for the busy season yet. Excellent service and facility. Book it!

Very nice place to stay with an excellent bar and restaurant. Although burger place across the street was not very good. Staff speaks English and are professional and helpful. Hotel is very close to a gondola making for easy access to the slopes. One drawback was that our building did not have an elevator.

Charming farmhouse experience in a tiny village in the spring. Easy access to Modane train station. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and healthy. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend!
