"I would recommend to not go here. I booked through Expedia and despite them doing everything, the hotel didn’t provide the service I would expect a hotel to provide. I booked a king size room, was put in the room they make you wait till they clean the rooms. After 2 hours I went down there and asked if it was cleaned, and to see if they could clean it and they just gave us a response of we’re short staffed. So we didn’t get the room I paid for, and they denied us a refund. I’m out of money just...

"There was broken tiles in the bathroom and the plug in the bathtub didn’t work. The room was dirty. It’s been a week and we still haven’t gotten our hundred dollar deposit back. We let them know the morning after about the damages in the room that were already there when we got there. The customer service was terrible. They also charged us an additional $30 for two kids to stay there."
