"Wow, this hotel has some of of the best hotel staff I have experienced (the bartender was a bit maudlin for 11pm on a Saturday), amazing location, great pool and lots of breakfast. My air conditioner was leaking - they came and fixed it and even left me an extra large towel if it acted up. "

"Unfortunately I cannot recommend that anyone stay here. We had a number of issues: 1. Cleanliness - there were centipedes everywhere, including in our bed during the night which was very unsettling. We complained and basically nothing was done about this, other than putting a useless glue trap down. The house had clearly not been cleaned properly and had cobwebs / dead insects scattered around the place. 2. The toilet was leaking. Again, we complained, and they sent someone to "fix" the issue, however this was never remedied - all that happened was that a dirty towel was left behind in the bathroom (they didn't even dry the floor) 3. The AC didn't work The host was very responsive and friendly, but really didn't take any responsibility for these issues, and we ended up moving to another hotel. Very disappointing - avoid. "
