    A experiência no apartamento para a virada do ano foi bastante positiva. O espaço é ótimo, e a proprietária, Alê, foi muito atenciosa. Infelizmente, devido à alta lotação durante o período, enfrentamos problemas com a falta de água e a lentidão nos elevadores, chegando a esperar mais de 20 minutos para descer, o que foi complicado com carrinho de bebê. No entanto, considerando as circunstâncias temporárias, o apartamento é realmente agradável e vale a pena...

    Apartamento maravilhoso, novo, moderno, limpo, cheiroso. Foi o melhor imóvel que já aluguei. Bem perto da praia, mercados, padarias e farmácias. O bairro é lindo e limpo. A Alexandra é espetacular, educada, prestativa, eu e minha família nos sentimos em casa. No apartamento tem tudo o que precisamos, inclusive para cozinhar. Colchões ótimos, smart tv excelente, Internet muito boa e o sofá é ótimo. O apartamento não tem mofo e nem qualquer odor de umidade, é perfeito. Certamente voltaremos.
