No pets, even small ones. Smoking is not allowed on the common grounds of the condominium. The rent corresponds only to the use of the apartment, common areas and parking spaces.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa o proprietário Carlos foi super atenciosos e quando chegamos ao apartamento fomos recepcionados pela Valéria que e uma excelente pessoa, a vista é maravilhosa perto de tudo quiosque na frente supermercado, árvore de natal e da feirinha ap super limpo e bem cuidado voltaremos com certeza 😃☺️

Excelente imóvel muito bem arejado ideal para familia, pessoal do prédio muito atencioso e muito seguro, minha família gostou muito Apartamento conforme descrição com vista maravilhosa e o Proprietário muito atencioso e prestativo em todas as vezes que precisei Pequenos ajustes sobre a faxineira que já os comuniquei com o proprietário com quem tenho mantido ótimo diálogo. De resto esta de parabéns e assim que terminar a reforma voltarei com certeza Que Deus abençoe vc e sua família Eduardo Elis

Primeira vez que alugamos esse apartamento e ficamos muito satisfeito, tudo ocorreu conforme combinado, o apartamento é igual as fotos. Precisa de pequenas melhorias que em breve acredito que serão feitas. Eduardo (proprietário) muito educado e prestativo, todas as vezes que precisei de alguma informação ou tirar dúvidas rapidamente ele me respondeu! Possivelmente retornarei outras vezes nesse apartamento. Foi muito bom!!! Quanto ao condomínio sem palavras é ótimoooo e extremamente organizado. E fora que tem uma ótima localização.

O imóvel correspondeu com o esperado e é tudo como mostram as fotos... Apesar de não conhecer pessoalmente o proprietário, o mesmo foi muito atencioso, prestativo e correto. Sem dor de cabeça. Passamos uma ótima semana no local!!! Já conhecíamos o prédio em outra oportunidade, pretendemos retornar, e claro, neste imóvel!!! Muito Obrigada Carlos

O apartamento é muito limpo, muito bem equipado, confortável, com ótima localização (perto de tudo) e com uma vista maravilhosa! A estrutura do condomínio é ótima (piscinas, saúnas, acadêmia, etc) e tudo funciona perfeitamente e os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. O proprietário (Sr. Carlos Eduardo) é muito educado, atencioso e responsável. Passamos um feliz e abençoado final de semana nesse apartamento! Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes!

Excelente apto, tudo muito limpo e organizado.. Segurança Nota 10...muitas opções de entretenimento para todas as idades; Tudo isso de frente pro mar e bem próximo a hipermercados, restaurantes, farmácias..e outros. Fomos em família; Gostamos demais e pretendemos voltar em breve. Parabéns ao proprietário.

Gostamos bastante do imóvel, bem cuidado, limpo, de bom gosto e de ótima qualidade. O Apartamento tem uma vista deslumbrante e a localização é excelente, perto das praias mais movimentadas da Praia Grande e ao lado da Feirinha. Também há farmácia e supermercado. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Eduardo. Tudo muito bom. Recomendamos
