"We had reserved the hotel the day before. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room was not ready. The front desk said we would need to wait for the room to be cleaned, about 30 minutes. Or we had the option to go to the room of the first floor, but we had paid for the upper level room. But we would not be able to use the pool or have anywhere to put our things. After requesting a refund, they were magically able to find a clean room within the room we had paid for. After that everything was...
