From the moment we tried to get into our room, things went wrong — the key card would not work, and we had to go back to the front desk to get it reissued. Once inside, the room’s air conditioning was barely functioning, leaving the space hot and humid the entire stay, which made it hard to sleep or relax. On top of that, we noticed bugs in the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this brand. We had a pull-out bed but were given no...
