We are reaching out to express our disappointment in your service, and unfortunately, we wonโ€™t be able to leave a positive review. We experienced hostile treatment during check in that left us feeling unwelcome and disheartened. As well-traveled, friendly U.S. citizens, this was the first time we felt discriminated against based on our nationality. When you questioned our nationality, displayed an unfriendly expression, and told us we were not welcome in the Czech Republic, it made us feel dehumanized. We are polite and respectful people, and this experience felt xenophobic. No apology was offered to us. We hope youโ€™ll reconsider your approach and refrain from treating other customers negatively based on their country of origin.
