Does this hotel still exist

The hotel is permanently closed. Having been refused a refund from hotels.com rI looked elsewhere for these dates. No response from the hotel prior to leaving UK and customer service from hotels.com was very poor

Could not make trip to hotel due to covid 19 restrictions. When my booking agent tried to contact hotel to advise (apparently the agents phoned and emailed the hotel) the hotel did not reply to the attempts to contact them.

L'hôtel se trouve à 200 mètres de la place Wenceslas et à courte distance de la place de l'Hôtel de Ville. Le personnel est charmant et compétant. La chambre bénéficie d'une belle surface Salle de bain, petite mais fonctionnelle. Une bouilloire serait la bienvenue ainsi qu'un "repose valise" Excellent hôtel.

Great location, however the room we had was very old. Some of the lights didn't work, the walls looked like they needed a fresh paint job, missing pieces of molding. Additionally each day our bed sheets were made, but never changed. We had dropped a drink on the sheets and the same sheets were kept throughout the whole stay. Very ecological, but definitely not a 4*. Great location, but quality of the room was more along the lines of a 2-3*

La seule chose où j'ai été déçu c'est que sur le site y avait marqué que vous parliez français et c'était pas le cas. Autrement bon séjour et personne agréable malgré mon mauvais anglais.

Everything was excellent except there is no double bed but rather 2 singles sliding apart if you are staying as a couple. Otherwise the hotel is clean, friendly, helpful staff and the location cannot be better. Highly reccomend it.
