Great! Beautiful hotel, room was very clean and larger than I was expecting. Staff was very friendly and easy to interact with. The hotel includes breakfast which was delicious. Really enjoyed my stay :)

The hotel is situated in a walking distance to the Prague old town (about 10-15min). It is clean , the standard double room is spacious enough and there is a mini bar. For 2 nights stay everything was great

Very friendly and helpful staff

Great stay, very friendly and helpful staff! I think the location is good, you can go anywhere by scooter or taxi to any location anyway if it's a bit farther. The breakfast buffet is not the best I've had but to me it's good enough, and the dinning room was nice.

Cute, quaint, and will do again

My first time in Prague and it couldn’t have been better. The staff are very attentive, pleasant, and have an overall care and attention that you just don’t get in America. Best hotel ever. Cute and quaint rooms.

Great hotel

Lovely clean hotel, room decent size. Although sotuated outside the city centre, its such a short walk from the metro if you want to use that or can walk to the new town directly. Breakfast was ok. Would have liked a kettle in the room but managed without. We were on 3rd floor which was fine exceot right beside hospital so often heard sirens in emergency but I woukd definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for two nights after leaving our previous dwelling early. Lovely guy at reception put us in a lovely room that had an upstairs and downstairs. Excellent value for money. Only negative would be to provide milk sachets for the tea/coffee and provide an extra pillow as the ones provided were very flat. Would stay here again as despite Prague 1 being our preference it wasn’t too long of a walk into the centre and the public transport links are close by.

Basic room but clean. All staff are very friendly and helpful except one female staff called Danielle. She shouted at me when I complained about heating in the room. She said if you feel very warm in the room, open the window. The air conditioner never worked in my room

The hotel is outside of the main tourist areas but still within walking distance (around 30 minutes to Charles Bridge). I booked the Junior suite, there were no views as the windows were in the sloped roof but both could be opened/closed electronically with the blinds also operated that way. Since the blinds were fitted inside the windows, they blocked off light very well when closed. The room had seen some wear - damage to the wardrobe doors, and scratches/marks on the floor but it was serviceable and clean. Plenty of places to eat or drink within a 10 minute walk. Good value for money.
