Pros:
- The location is awesome. Right in the middle of Old Town Square. It has great proximity to everything you want to do there.
- Security: With the digital lock etc, the place is as safe as it can get.
Cons:
- Road is not accessible to taxis. So, you have to carry your baggage through the street after drop-off.
- No laundry facilities.
- Cleaning service is extra and not done unless you stay more than 5 days. With the minimum towels etc provided, the place can get dirty fast.
- No reception as it exists in a block away in another apartment building.
- Poor hospitality in the reception. Both the ladies in the front desk in the other building were least helpful, even for typical questions like tourist map etc. Could be a bit of racism or snobbery, but without judging too much, they were just bad as receptionists.
- Kitchen: It comes advertised as a full-equipped kitchen. That is stretching the definition. It is just a corner with an induction stove and hardly what one would call an equipped kitchen.
- Cleanliness: Average. With things like old dustbins with faulty lids etc.
Would I go there again? Yes, but to a different building/apartment in the same neighborhood.
Summary: Overall, keep your expectations to a minimum in terms of quality of accommodation. And enjoy the location and its proximity to everything Prague Old Town has to offer.
