I’ve stayed in places that cost twice as much and didn’t come close to this level of service. The front desk? Rockstars. They were consistently kind, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that my stay went well. Honestly, if they’d offered to adopt me and let me live behind the reception desk, I might’ve considered it. Bonus points for the coffee maker, free bottled water, and random little coffee candies that I definitely didn’t need but definitely ate. "It was the greatest stay ever! I arrived with a big problem in hand: my eSIM was not working. The front desk staff (specially Lucie) went above and beyond even using her phone to solve my problem. And breakfast had good choices, with very friendly staff. "

"Mama Shelter Prague was a great hotel - cool amenities with free pool, foosball and arcade games in the lobby. Nice patio and restaurant. The rooms were clean and really nice. The area of Holesovice isn’t the nicest but it was an easy 30 min walk into Old Towne and around to see the main tourist sites of Prague. Overall a great stay."
