"Staff were lovely 😍 they allowed me to take breakfast to our room for my son who was swimming and in the gym. They even got me a tray. A different morning I saw one kitchen attendant help a disabled lady get all her breakfast bits. They also kindly organised a taxi for us, and the driver was fabulous."

"Really great facilities. Clean room and thoughtfully presented. The staff are amazing and so helpful. Everything feels fresh. Breakfast was great. The beds were really comfortable. Great location to get to all the major visitor attractions. Charles Bridge, Old Town Square are 15 minutes walk away."
